Jeff is a longtime financial advisor who focuses on leadership. He started The LAT Group in 2012. His ability to put clients in the right frame of mind has given many confidence in their financial plans. In addition to his wealth management background, Jeff has been behind the closing of over $500 million in banking business, a skill he takes pride in bringing to the table. His leadership abilities started in high school, where he was named the Chicago Sun-Times Player of the Year in football and an Academic All-American. He earned a full football scholarship to Purdue University. At Purdue he lettered in two sports.
Co-Founder, Executive VP
Cole is a passionate and driven professional who brings a unique blend of competitive athleticism and financial expertise to his career. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he earned a degree in Finance while serving as captain of the university’s football team—a role that highlighted his natural leadership and discipline both on and off the field. Cole's standout performance earned him national recognition, including MVP honors at both the FCS Bowl and the FBS Tropical Bowl during his fifth year.
Following college, Cole was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he continued to develop the qualities of resilience, strategic thinking, and teamwork that now define his professional approach. Today, he channels that same competitive drive and analytical mindset into his business career, focused on innovation, excellence, and making a meaningful impact.
Brand Manager
Braden Contras brings a strong foundation in discipline and teamwork developed through his experience as a Division I collegiate football player at Valparaiso University and Illinois State University. He earned a degree in Marketing from the College of Business, where he successfully balanced the demands of athletics and academics with focus and determination.
Drawing from his firsthand understanding of the athlete experience, Braden applies his insights in the fields of finance and sports management. He is committed to delivering strategic solutions that empower athletes to succeed both on and off the field, combining business acumen with a deep appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities within the sports world.
